Robert Storr on biennales, art fairs and the notion of dialogue. MCA

Art historian, curator, critic and artistic director of the 2007 Venice Biennale Robert Storr speaks at the Museum of Contemporary Art on the role and history of biennales (and art fairs) and expounds on the notion and importance of dialogue in art consumption. His presentation is follwed by questions from the audience and, ultimately, a fiery exchange with curator and critic Okwui Enwezor. Robert is introduced by the director of the MCA, Liz Ann Macgregor. This lecture was presented by the Australia Council.
